APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, disagreed with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements stipulated in Article 12.5, the interested person may initiate a claim. Likewise, a claim may be initiated if the period of twenty business days has elapsed without a response.
